• Tours are held on Thursdays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
  • The program will pause from Thanksgiving through the last Thursday in March.
  • Tours are held weekly except for holidays and other days with either conflicting events or inclement weather, at the board’s discretion. Please refer to the website for unexpected cancellations of the entire tour.

• To encourage participation, 1 point is awarded to agents for every home on the tour they visit.
  • Preference is given to agents with the most accumulated points awarded for attending previous tours.
  • Points accumulate for the calendar year, with everyone starting at 0 points on January 1^st.
  • Only one home per primary listing agent is permitted each week.
  • A listing can only be on tour one time.
  • If an agent had a home on tour the previous week, their request will be granted if there are no other agents requesting.
  • Even if you have 0 points, we encourage you to send in a request!

• Agents only get a house on the tour by sending in a request by email to Linda Gardiner at lindagardiner@masiello.com – Subject line must read “Reals on Wheels”

• You will receive an email each week specifying the zone on the tour and deadline by which to request it.

• Upon acceptance to the tour, agents will be emailed this Reals on Wheels Seller Authorization which must be signed prior to the tour date.

• The fee to have a listing on the tour is $24.99 for our members and $34.99 for members of other boards.
  • You will be emailed a member invoice. Please go into your Info Hub and pay your order online via credit card.

• Agents with a listing on tour are expected to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to start time.
  • If the listing agent is not available, a licensed representative of the listing agent must be present.
  • It is expected that homeowners NOT be present.

• The listing agent is expected to provide refreshments typically consistent with the order of the tour (i.e. breakfast, lunch item, dessert).

• Tour will be laid out in geographical order, with a maximum of 6, and a minimum of 3 on the tour.
  • If less than 3 requests are received, that Zone will be canceled for that week.

• When you attend the tour, print the flyer have it initialed by the listing agent to verify your attendance.
  • When you complete the tour, scan and email the initialed flyer to Linda Gardiner at lindagardiner@masiello.com by 4pm that Thursday.
  • Emailed flyers with initials by ALL homes are entered into a $50 drawing.

• It is not required to attend all homes to accrue points.

Our goal is to have a multi-agency tour with 20-30+ agents representing a cross section of agencies attending each week providing feedback, seeing home inventory, and enjoying great food. Feed them well and they will come!
