There’s a Problem With the Title”. What a nightmare! Your client’s closing is scheduled for next week and you have just been informed that there is a problem with the title! Join Linda Gifford, Esq., a seasoned attorney and owner of a title company, in a discussion of real-world examples of title issues that have brought closings to a grinding halt. Be ready to take part in lively discussions as you learn how to best assist your clients when there is a problem with the title This class is approved for 3 CEUs by the Maine Real Estate Commission. The cost of the class is $30.00 for GBAR members, and $40.00 for non-members or members of another board. GBAR members who attend both the meeting and class will pay a reduced rate of $25.00 total!
